Ram 2500 air bags help a heavy-duty Ram carry a slide-in camper or a gooseneck hitch without the rear dropping. Ram trucks changed rear suspension over the years, so start by checking whether yours has leaf springs or coil springs at the back:

Ram 2500 / 3500

Every kit uses two BOSS Extreme Series air bags with brackets for that chassis, plus air line and dual Schrader valves. For 2014+ coil-spring trucks, choose between the coil assist kit, which works with the factory coils, and the coil replacement kit. The 2014+ coil replacement kit and the 3500 cab chassis kit list a 15–45 psi working range, and the 2019+ Ram 1500 kit lists 5–45 psi. Use only as much pressure as it takes to level the truck.
